I kept forgetting to buy this in the grocery store as it seemed I was never going in the direction of the aisle arrow when trying to go into the baking row. I would just forget it and go on for the next thing. After all, there’s always Amazon.

I found the McCormick Garlic powder that I have used for years and ordered this big bottle that should last awhile.
I have never found anything better except for real garlic and there are recipes that call for both or just garlic powder. Hopefully, I won’t have to do without it again.

This garlic powder has good flavor. It’s a very fine texture. I use it in many recipes and it seems to make everything taste better! The shaker top is also convenient. I also like this size specifically. The great big sizes last too long and so they go stale before I use them up. The tiny ones go too fast. This size is just right.
